Equipped with cutting-edge technology, our plants feature advanced solution annealing and pickling facilities, as well as a range of wire drawing machinery including bull blocks and wire drawing machines.
For heat treatment, we rely on state-of-the-art continuous bright annealing furnaces designed in Germany, boasting capacities of 40 and 60 heads respectively. Despite temperatures exceeding 1050°C, our proprietary Ammonia Cracker Plant ensures an inert atmosphere, vital for producing high-quality bright wires.
With the aid of Dead Block coilers and Pattern Lay equipment, we produce wires with substantial coil weights and tailored to meet specific customer requirements.
At every stage of production, stringent supervision is maintained to uphold our unwavering commitment to quality control. Furthermore, in alignment with our dedication to environmental stewardship, we operate our own in-house Effluent Treatment Plants to minimize our ecological footprint.
